Member Meetings

2025 Meeting Dates

USWAG holds three Membership meetings each year, in the Spring, Summer, and Fall.  Each event follows the same Tuesday through Thursday schedule:

  • The USWAG Board of Directors meets on Tuesday afternoon.
  • The Policy Committee meets for a day and a half starting at 9 AM local time on Wednesday and concluding at 12:30 PM on Thursday. During the Policy Committee meeting, each of USWAG's 5 technical committees reports on its activities and invites feedback on its future priorities, and USWAG leadership reports on governance issues.
  • On Wednesday evening from 5:30-7:30 PM there is a networking reception which USWAG Affiliates are invited to attend.

In-person attendance is encouraged, though a virtual option is available.

In addition to the 2025 dates shown in the image at the top of the page, planning is underway for 2026, as shown below. Final dates for the 2026 meetings will be posted later in 2025.

  • Summer 2026, hosted by WEC Energy (Chicago), Dates TBD
  • Fall 2026, hosted by Evergy (Topeka, KS), Dates TBD
