REGISTRATION IS OPEN
for the 2026 Fall Board and Policy Committee meetings to be held in Kansas City, MO at the offices of Evergy from October 13-15, 2026.
NEW: At the end of the first day of the Policy Committee meeting, we will have a legislative update and mid-term outlook presentation. Affiliates are welcome to attend this session along with USWAG members.

However, the actual start and stop times may adjust some amount based on meeting progress and the extent of group discussion, with the goal of avoiding prolonged breaks between presentations. General Information Regarding Member Meetings
USWAG holds three Membership meetings each year, in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. Each event follows the same Tuesday through Thursday schedule:
- The USWAG Board of Directors meets on Tuesday afternoon.
- The Policy Committee meets for a day and one-half starting on Wednesday morning and concluding on Thursday afternoon. During the Policy Committee meeting, each of USWAG's 5 technical committees reports on its activities and invites feedback on its future priorities, and USWAG leadership reports on governance issues.
- On Wednesday evening from 5:30-7:30 PM there is a networking reception which USWAG Affiliates are invited to attend.
In-person attendance is encouraged, though a virtual option is available. Registration for meetings typically opens 90-days prior to the event.

USWAG provides sponsorship opportunities to Affiliates for all its Policy Committee Meetings. To learn more see the 2026 Sponsorship Prospectus.
All Affiliates are welcome to attend Policy Committee Meeting receptions. The first Affiliate from a company is free to attend. Each additional colleague is $300. Be sure to select the correct option when registering to attend a specific Policy Committee Reception.
