General Information

The 2024 Spring Policy Committee Meeting is being hosted by Tri-State Generation and Transmission at their offices at 1100 West 116th Avenue
Westminster, CO 80234. See here for directions to Tri-State's offices.

The USWAG Policy Committee will meet on Wednesday, March 20 and Thursday, July 21.

The Steering Committee will meet on the afternoon of Tuesday, March 19.

Networking Reception

Each USWAG Affiliate receives the first registration to the Wednesday evening Networking Reception as complimentary; each additional person from the same Affiliate will be charged a $300 registration fee. Please contact Koren Dixon for the complimentary reception registration.

Members and Affiliates are responsible for securing their own hotel reservations. USWAG does not have a room block for the Spring Policy Committee Meeting. We are recommending that in-person attendees utilize the following hotels:
