General Information

• The USWAG Steering Committee and Technical Committee Chairs will meet on the afternoon of Tuesday, October 17.
• The USWAG Policy Committee will meet on Wednesday & Thursday, October 18 & 19.
• The USWAG 45th Anniversary Dinner Celebration will be held the evening of Wednesday, October 18.  Business Attire Requested.
  
  

Registration

• STEP 1 - Register for the Policy Committee Meeting at this link.
• STEP 2 - Register for the USWAG 45th Anniversary Dinner Celebration at this link. 

• Both Meeting Registration and Dinner registration will close at 12:00 PM on Monday, October 2nd.
• There is no cost for USWAG Members to attend the meeting or the 45th Anniversary Celebration Dinner.  However, due to the cost of hosting the 45th Anniversary Dinner, USWAG reserves the right to bill "no shows" once a final guarantee is given to the hotel.
  • Several Policy Committee Members have inquired whether they can
    extend the invitation to USWAG's 45th Anniversary Dinner Celebration to
    other key individuals within their organization, such as the group officer they
    report to, their Washington lobbyist, etc. The answer is yes - extending the invitation to senior officials within your organization is welcomed. Please reach out to Koren Dixon for assistance if you do plan to extend the invite within your organization. Since these individuals may not have USWAG accounts, our registration system won't recognize them as USWAG members and will not allow their online
    registration until accounts are established for them.
• Each USWAG Affiliate receives the first registration to the 45th Anniversary Dinner Celebration at no cots.  Each additional Affiliate will be charged a $300 registration fee. Please contact Koren Dixon for the complimentary registration.
