2022 USWAG Decommissioning Workshop

**Beginning with meetings that are scheduled to take place on or after October 15, 2022, we no longer will require attendees to submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination. However, we will request that meeting attendees take a COVID-19 PCR or rapid test within 24 hours prior to arrival, and we will ask anyone who tests positive or is exhibiting symptoms to stay home. This will be an honor system, and USWAG will not collect or ask to see an individual’s test results. We also will not purchase and send tests to registrants. The entire new policy is posted on EEI’s website here.**

Please note we will hold an Remediation & Response Committee Meeting on December 12, 2022 and a Low Volume Waste Committee Meeting on December 14, 2022.

Government Rate - $600

USWAG Member - $675

USWAG Affiliate - $945

Non-Member - $1,100

Guest - $100 (guest are classified as a spouse or child, not work colleagues)

Affiliates Exhibits

As a part of the $845 registration fee for USWAG Affiliates, they will have the opportunity to exhibit at the Workshop. Please select that option when registering online. Information regarding shipping details and setup for table-top exhibit materials will be emailed approximately two weeks out from the Workshop.

There will also be an opportunity to sponsor meal functions, breaks, WiFi, raffle drawings, and etc. If you have not received the mailer on the sponsorship opportunities please reach out to Charnita Garvin at (202-508-5654).

Workshop Location/Accommodations

Room block rate: $170 for single/double, plus 13.25% combined sales and occupancy tax.  Please use this link to make your room reservation or call 1-800-445-8667, referencing the “DCR” prior to the cut-off date of November 17, 2022.
