USWAG has rescheduled its SPCC Workshop to April 20-22, 2026.

Call for Speakers

USWAG is soliciting abstracts for its 2026 SPCC Workshop for presentations falling within the categories listed below.  Case studies and real-world examples will be given priority. 

We are seeking presentations from current USWAG Members and Affiliates, and prospective Members and Affiliates, that take a deeper dive into the practical and operational considerations associated with SPCC and FRP program requirements.

Please note that “SPCC 101” will be covered by by a Subject Matter Expert at the opening of the Workshop.  See the Workshop Program linked below for additional information.  Both 30-minute and 45-minute presentation slots are available, as are opportunities to participate in a panel discussion.

  • Tools, Processes, and Strategies for Evaluating Site Applicability (SPCC and/or FRP)
  • Addressing SPCC Requirements Related to Facility or Operational Changes

  • SPCC Enforcement – Inspections, Lessons Learned

Registration

Due to the need to reschedule the SPCC Workshop to the new dates of April 20-22, registration has been paused.  Registration will re-open on October 1, 2025.  

* Guest registration is limited to spouse, family, or significant others. It is not to be used for work colleagues.

** Please note, this is an in-person only event.  There will be no option for remote participation by speakers or delegates at any of the sessions.

As a part of the registration fee for USWAG Affiliates, you will have the opportunity to exhibit. Please select that option when registering online. Information regarding shipping details and setup for table-top exhibit materials will be emailed approximately two weeks before the Workshop.

Refund Policy

Full refunds will be given up until two weeks before the workshop minus a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be given after April 3, 2026, though substitutions will be permitted.
