Registration is NOW OPEN for the 2026 Spring Board and Policy Committee meetings to be held in Washington, DC at the Offices of the American Gas Association from March 17-19, 2026.  To register for the meeting and learn about lodging and transportation options, please click HERE.

General Information

USWAG holds three Membership meetings each year, in the Spring, Summer, and Fall.  Each event follows the same Tuesday through Thursday schedule:

  • The USWAG Board of Directors meets on Tuesday afternoon.
  • The Policy Committee meets for a day and one-half starting at 9 AM local time on Wednesday and concluding at 1:00 PM on Thursday. During the Policy Committee meeting, each of USWAG's 5 technical committees reports on its activities and invites feedback on its future priorities, and USWAG leadership reports on governance issues.
  • On Wednesday evening from 5:30-7:30 PM there is a networking reception which USWAG Affiliates are invited to attend.

In-person attendance is encouraged, though a virtual option is available.  Registration for meetings typically opens 90-days prior to the event.

Information for USWAG Affiliates:

USWAG provides sponsorship opportunities to Affiliates for all its Policy Committee Meetings.  To learn more see the 2026 Sponsorship Prospectus.

All Affiliates are welcome to attend Policy Committee Meeting receptions. The first Affiliate from a company is free to attend. Each additional colleague is $300.  Be sure to select the correct option when registering to attend a specific Policy Committee Reception.

Future Hosts Needed

USWAG is seeking Member company volunteers able to host its 2027 series of Board and Policy Committee meetings.  Preferred dates are shown below.  USWAG covers the cost for catering associated with the event, and looks to our host to provide a meeting room with integrated audio-visual capability to conduct this hybrid meeting utilizing MS-TEAMS (or Zoom). Space is needed for approximately 35-45 in-person participants, with another 35-45 remote participants.

  • Spring 2027, preferred dates, March 16-18, 2027  Host Needed
  • Summer 2027, July 13-15, 2027 - Hosted by DTE Energy, Detroit, MI
  • Fall 2027, preferred dates, October 12-14, 2027  Host Needed
