As Executive Director of USWAG, Dan Chartier leads the organization’s strategic direction and represents member interests on key environmental and regulatory issues. He oversees the coordination of Board, Policy Committee and Technical Committee activities, engages with federal agencies and stakeholders, and ensures that USWAG’s programs align with the evolving needs of the utility industry.

As Director of Operations, Lynn Faulkner, CAE, supports USWAG’s programs, communications, and day-to-day operations to serve members and affiliates. She works closely with the Executive Director to coordinate meetings, events, and member resources, and to support internal processes.
As USWAG's Member Services Coordinator, Brooke is dedicated to delivering responsive, helpful support to members and ensuring a smooth experience across all interactions. She brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, solutions-focused approach to her work, helping strengthen the connection between USWAG and its community
